Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in admission, discharge, or transfer of residents.
- Take and record weights and vital signs as assigned.
- Support residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, bathing, oral care, and dressing.
- Pass meal trays and assist residents with meals, feeding if required, and ice water as assigned.
- Escort residents to meals, activities, and appointments as necessary.
- Answer call bells in a timely manner and conduct safety rounds as required.
- Maintain residents' rooms and service areas clean, orderly, and safe.
- Distribute and change linens as needed.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to licensed staff.
