What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Executive position at Nabholz Corporation?
Provide leadership and daily oversight for operations associated with the entire life cycle of the construction process. This includes business development, daily operational activities, and project support. Assist in securing future work and building relationships with influencers outside of the company. Provide support to all ongoing construction operations including Project Management and project staff. Ensure that all Nabholz personnel are supporting clients to the best of their ability and maintain an attitude of positive client relations to foster repeat business opportunities. Position will entail responsibilities of Senior Project Manager and will include managing own suite of projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- with business development, management, and pre-construction teams to secure work.
- and maintain relationships with clients and their associated projects to assure positive experiences and garner repeat business opportunities.
- business unit leaders (EVP, President, BDO, and Managers) in daily operational and tactical aspects of all facets of their duties.
- technical advice and support when needed for all team members.
- influence, and advocate for processes improvement and positive change.
- with corporate level executives, BDOs, and preconstruction teams towards goal of developing new clients, projects, existing clients, and past clients and projects to assure growth and opportunities.
- with SPMs, PMs, PEs, and other support personnel to positively influence all project stakeholders.
- and develop relationships with clients, architects, and design consultants to enhance company visibility and positive perception.
- Development:
- business opportunities and position company for consideration.
- active role in presentations or other methods of securing project opportunities.
- transition from potential client to new client. Assure client is comfortable with additional integration and introduction with additional Nabholz personnel.
- project management team (including General Superintendent) are properly integrated into the project.

- in schedule maintenance, budget maintenance, and risk mitigation.
- perception of involvement and interact with project stakeholders on frequent/regular intervals.

Physical Demands:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in heat or cold, work outside, work in high elevations.
- Ability to navigate uneven terrain typical of construction job sites.
Work environment:
