What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custom Reporting Senior Associate position at Nabidex?
The Business Solutions Group supports process automation, data extraction, and customized solutions across the various business units. Externally, BSG works with clients and data vendors to deliver innovative data solutions, customized reporting requirements, and custom processes. Each member of the team has specialized financial and/or technical knowledge, leading to collaboration and open communication for each project that is taken on. A growth mindset is always present due to our combination of data analysts, financial analysts and developers constantly sharing skills and knowledge. We expect successful candidates to assume considerable responsibility within six to twelve months.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of the Business Solutions Team and help to build Custom Reports for our fund and private equity clients
- Learn and become a Subject Matter Expert on Return and Risk Calculations such as IRR, Alpha, and Sharpe.
- Applying an analytical, detail-oriented mindset to problems that span multiple disciplines of business and technology
- Interact and build relationships with PE clients, as well as Senior Management
Pre-Requisite Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Required: Proficient Knowledge of Financial Products
- Field of Study: Business, Accounting or Finance
- Preferably 3 years’ experience coming from a financial firm
- Strong Excel Skills required
- Strong cross-functional technical background a plus (e.g. SQL, VBA, Python)
- Must be able to self-start and work independently with minimal supervision
