Responsibilities
In the fast-evolving world of news, it’s about more than just the story – it’s about how you tell it. You must do more than just write great copy – you’ll be bringing it to life with stunning visuals that captivate our viewers from the get-go. You must create and produce fast-paced newscasts that hit the mark every time for accuracy and urgency. You must showcase your razor-sharp news judgment to dominate breaking news. You must embody creativity and pay close attention to all those little details that make your show complete. You must harness every tool at your disposal to tell stories that matter and engage your audience.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS :
You must have a college degree (preferably in Journalism) with a minimum of two years of producing experience working at a commercial television station. Must be able to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and multitask. The ideal candidate has familiarity with newsroom computer systems; graphics programs and editing skills are a plus. This is a morning news position, but other shifts may be assigned as needed, including weekends and holidays.
