Nabors Pools, a leading provider of swimming pool services, is seeking a dedicated and Swimming Pool Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining an assigned daily pool service route, ensuring that our customers' pools are kept in pristine condition. Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly cleaning of swimming pools on your assigned route.
- Conduct routine maintenance, equipment checks, and minor repairs to ensure optimal pool functionality.
- Maintain proper water chemistry through regular testing and adjustment.
- Identify and report any pool-related issues or concerns promptly.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism when interacting with customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in your work.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
- Basic problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Enjoyment of working outdoors throughout the year.
- Genuine pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to present a professional image to customers at all times.
- Possession of a valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn proper pool cleaning and maintenance methods, including pool chemicals and their properties.
