Responsibilities : Office Management
- Assist with onboarding new employees by liaising with HR, IT, and outsourced benefits brokers to ensure a smooth experience for new team members
- Responsible for day-to-day office functions : main contact for building landlord, enter facilities requests in tenant portal, order snacks / drinks for breakroom, order group catering when needed and set up / clear conference rooms
- Greet guests and direct deliveries
- Order business cards and office supplies
- Act as main contact for auxiliary office space landlord when needed
- Proactively engage with remote team members to foster a collaborative team environment, and allocate seating at HQ when remote employees periodically work on location
- Primary purchasing agent for all departments through ProcureDesk and online ordering; maintain records of items received and perform accounting reconciliation for company card monthly
- Point of contact for administrative and board requests from HHT
