Summary :
NAC is looking for a motivated, highly driven, customer focused candidate to fill a critical Service Coordinator role in our Service Department. This person will be involved in the labor management for service technicians. This is a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment where you will be an intricate component of our growing service business.
Job Specifics :
- Dispatch Responsibilities :
- Support dispatch duties
- Answer all incoming service requests via service phone line, service dispatch email, and service account managers to create an unassigned work order to go on the electronic dispatch board.
- Creates and dispatches Service / PM work orders based on skill set and urgency
- Initiate purchase orders for service technicians and account / project managers
- Clearly communicate with customers the status of service call along with completion timeframe to provide customer satisfaction
- Manage daily execution of all service / PM work order statuses
- Drive all work orders from start to successful finish while monitoring quality and efficiency of the call
- Ensure timely close-out on all work orders to a completed status to invoice customer in a timely manner
- Track time and attendance for Technicians weekly payroll to be reviewed by management
- Maintain shared daily dispatch board
- Monitor the location and status of NAC's field technicians
- Assist with afterhours dispatch on call list of available technicians per rotation
- Assist Project and Account Managers with Coordination :
- Organize, coordinate, and execute small service projects labor for pipefitters, sheet metal, plumbers, and electricians throughout the area to ensure projects come in on-time and on-budget
- Monitor and coordinate the tracking of project / warranty issues, working with the team to provide timely status updates to project managers and customer.
- Coordinate equipment, tool deliveries, obtaining permits, and subcontractors as required
- Provide the service technicians with the required documentation for daily job tasks
- NAC Technology :
- Implementing new and improve processes to stay current in an ever-changing Service Coordinator program
- Be creative and focused with unique ideas to contribute to the continuous improvement of NAC Service Department processes
