The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns to increase engagement and drive revenue for NACD education products, NACD Directorship Certification®, and other member services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies that increase awareness, meet or exceed revenue goals, and maximize the impact of our educational offerings.

The salary/hourly range for this position is $55,500 - $60,500 plus potential bonus. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies that increase awareness, meet or exceed revenue goals, and maximize the impact of our educational offerings.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Supports the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns for NACD credentialing, education products and services, including defining target audience segments, crafting key messaging, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Composes compelling copy and supports creative vision for planned marketing initiatives with a focus on generating quality leads and driving conversions through website, e-mail, direct mail, print advertising, social media, and other digital marketing tactics.
- Assesses tracking and reporting of marketing campaign results to determine challenges and successes.
- Identifies trends and solutions to adjust marketing plans and deliverables as necessary.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with other NACD teams, including credentialing, content, design, and events teams, to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
- Responsible for developing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Composes and manages content updates for events and product-related web pages.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support ongoing product marketing team initiatives.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or business.
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in marketing or communications is required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and possess basic knowledge of content management systems and HTML.
- Working knowledge of web analytics for tracking and reporting campaign results is preferred.
- A collaborative work ethic; excellent project management skills; exemplary interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities; exceptional organizational skills, and sharp attention to detail is required.
- Experience with corporate governance and experience communicating with corporate boardroom directors and C-level executives is highly desirable.
