Position Summary
Assisting AKM and KM and cooking, preparing, and serving the freshest Nacho Daddy recipe items using a variety of utensils and equipment while ensuring safety and sanitation standards
Responsibilities
Responsibilities are as follows : Opening kitchen and closing kitchen without supervision. Supporting the KM & AKM in daily operations and duties. Continually ensuring correct temperatures and understanding methods for holding and reheating
Assuming 100% responsibility for quality of products served. Maintaining walk-in and kitchen cleaned, and all food labeled and put away appropriately in clean containers. Ensuring food is cooked and delivered within 12 minutes for lunch and 16 minutes for dinner. Processing incoming tickets and modifications. Ability to work and oversee all 5-line stations proficiently
Assisting with kitchen operations (closing, cutting employees) when kitchen manager is absent. Operating and maintaining clean kitchen equipment following all health and safety guidelines. Being aware of safety and sanitation to maintain a clean and stocked prep and kitchen area and equipment following all health and safety guidelines. Assisting dishwasher, other cooks, or with food prep when needed. Assist in training of new employees. Being able and knowledgeable to do a walk through with the local Health Department inspector or Everclean Inspector.
Schedule :
8-hour shifts and full availability days, night, weekends, holidays
Salary : $20 - $25
