NACHO LIBRE TAQUERIA is a new, fresh, and casual approach to authentic Mexican street food favorites. We are locally owned - not a chain or franchise - and we are committed to serving the best Mexican Tacos in town!
We seek the best "Luchadores" (Wrestlers) to join our team.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, following recipes and portion control guidelines. Mexican food is a must.
- Ensure food is cooked and presented in accordance with established standards.
- Monitor food quality and freshness to maintain high standards of taste and appearance.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus and create new dishes.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of food supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, following all sanitation guidelines.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and practices.
- Follow dietary restrictions and special requests for meal preparation.
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary arts is preferred.
- Knowledge of food service industry practices and techniques. Must comply with ServSafe certification.
- Familiarity with menu planning and recipe creation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
*English/ Spanish language preferred.
