We are excited to share that we have an open position for an Industry Group Coordinator in our Spokane, Washington office. This is a high-level customer service position.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and oral communication
- Great organization and attention to detail
- Quick thinker, adaptive learner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Meeting planning or event planning experience
What you get to do:
- Plan meetings - manage all the details leading up to the event to ensure a successful meeting.
- Supply training and customer service to members.
- Work with venues and caterers to schedule events and plan menus.
- Research and build business credit reports.
- Process data files.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
