Position Summary
Prepares and cooks meals with optimal nutritional care for our patients, employees, visitors.
Position Duties (Not all Inclusive)
- Prepares menu items according to standard recipes.
- Maintains equipment in kitchen to standard.
- Maintains kitchen area to state required sanitary standards.
- Accurately record temperatures.
- Prepare foods for various diets meeting the serving schedule for patients / employee meals to include catered events.

Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- 1 to 2 years previous cook experience preferred
- Serv-Safe certification preferred
- Required: Food Handler Certification preferred
