Position Purpose:
Work involves preparing and keying monthly journal entries for financial statements, performing financial analysis and monthly reconciliation; preparing various financial statement reports, and other financial reports and projects as directed. Performs Accounts Payable and Payroll duties as needed.
Summary of Duties (not all inclusive)
- Prepare and key daily your productivity statistics and hours for all departments
- Update and maintain contract files, insurance files, and physician files
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge in Excel
- Analyze balance sheet accounts, revenue and expenses and explain variances

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (required)
- Previous Accounting experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
