Summary Of Duties (not All Inclusive)

Position Purpose
Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and department leaders for assigned departments. Partnerships to deliver value-added service to management and employees.
Summary Of Duties (not All Inclusive)
- Accurately and timely processes payments of pay practices, staffing incentives, when employees transfer departments, etc. Ensures all required updates are adequately entered and completed prior to deadline
- Manages and resolves complex employee relation issues and investigations under the general direction of the HR Director
- Oversees requisitioning, candidate sourcing, and issues offers within guidelines for assigned departments. Ensures requisition/job post is an up to date job post with all information. Tracks progress of offers sent/accepted, from on-boarding to orientation
- Maintains and troubleshoots HRIS system (Paycom)
- Provides policy guidance and interpretation of the HR policies, recommends changes/revision to the HR Director as needed
