Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication reminders
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition to the supervisor
