What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook - Nada Cincinnati position at Nada Group, LLC?
Line cooks will be responsible for cooking food during service to the exact specifications of the establishment, chef and guest. They will be expected to skillfully apply culinary techniques including basic knife skills, demonstrate a working knowledge of all kitchen equipment and assist chefs and fellow kitchen staff as needed to execute a successful service. Additionally line cooks will be expected to effectively execute recipes; adhere to yield guides and properly rotate, store, label and date all products. After completing a comprehensive training program, line cooks will be expected to efficiently and successfully execute a busy service; have detailed knowledge of food and various cooking techniques and ensure food quality is at its highest standards.
