Role Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator & Data Specialist to join our team at Nada, a fintech company specializing in home equity agreements and investments. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to grow in a startup environment with opportunities to transition into sales or underwriting roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including receiving deliveries and handling mail.
- Accurately enter client data into our tracking system.
- Utilize Excel to track and analyze data for payoff letters.
- Manage post-close documents and ensure compliance.
- Assist in the monthly revaluation of our portfolio.
- Maintain and update our database to identify clients eligible for new transactions.
- Support compliance and licensing tracking for NMLS and FINRA.
About You
- Early in your career, possibly a recent graduate or someone with a year or two of college experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data entry and analysis.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Eager to grow and learn in a dynamic fintech environment.

We operate a REIT-like structure with about $20M in AUM and have a community of roughly 20,000 retail investors. Our office environment is casual, with a focus on collaboration and growth. You will work directly with the Head of Revenue and have the opportunity to be mentored by our Co-Founder.
Compensation and Benefits
