Hosts will be responsible for initiating the first point of contact with guests and setting the tone of the restaurant. Hosts will be expected to assist guests with making, confirming and cancelling reservations along with documenting any special requests. They will be responsible for welcoming guests into the restaurant with a professional, friendly, courteous and helpful demeanor. They are expected to seat guests at the proper table and time, display a sense of urgency and answer any questions or concerns from a guest. After completing a comprehensive training program, hosts will be expected to execute proper phone, greeting and seating etiquette.
