What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outreach Coordinator - CCMN position at NADAP?
Position Summary : Conduct outreach using phone, text and email, to assigned Career Compass clients to successfully engage & re-engage them into the Career Compass program. Carefully review SEAMS & Credible, document and include all outreach efforts and client interactions in both databases daily. Provide back-up support to the front desk.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for reviewing SEAMS and adhering to internal processes and HRA policies for clients with an ineligible referral.
- Review SEAMS and assigned Worklists on daily basis
- Conduct outreach to remind clients of their upcoming engagement appointments. Conduct outreach to clients listed on the FTC / FTR and non-compliance worklist.
- Answer incoming calls, emails and text messages from clients.
- Maintain detailed, accurate and timely case notes regarding clients outreach into SEAMS & Credible. Case notes must reflect all client interactions and outreach attempts. Update SEAMS demographics
- Meet established performance goals
- Support with attendance tracking, update attendance in SEAMS daily and following all program processes.
- Responsible for MetroCard Distribution to eligible clients and must obtain client signatures accurately on the MetroCard Log
- Provide coverage for reception and front desk coverage, as necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Education & Experience :
Schedule : 5 days working on site, M-F
Salary : 45,000 / year
