What are the responsibilities and job description for the Timekeeping and Outreach Supervisor position at NADAP?
Position Summary : To provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of work activities for the Timekeeping team who are responsible for entering daily timekeeping into SEAMS for all assigned Career Compass clients and for the Post Placement staff who are responsible for outreaching and following up on clients regularly upon completion of their assessment.
Responsibilities :
- Provides supervision and training to Post Placement Coordinators and Timekeeping Staff. Evaluates and documents staff performance. Conducts bi-weekly supervision meetings to review performance. Leads team meetings monthly. Develops creative ways to motivate staff toward achieving their goals.
- Conducts appropriate evaluation and quality assurance of data entry, timekeeping, outreach tools, retention, and follow-up services to ensure accurate timekeeping and that clients are successfully engaged and working toward their goal.
- Interviews and recommends applicants for the Post Placement Coordinator and Timekeeping positions. Provides project orientation and job specific training on department procedures and operations to new hires.
- Guides staff in creating schedules for thorough, comprehensive outreach and follow-up with clients upon completion of assessment and Individual Service Plan (ISP). Ex. enrolling in Alternative Engagement (AE) and in Internship and Community Service opportunities.
- Oversees the accurate tracking and updating of all Career Compass clients' attendance in SEAMS daily and conducts quality assurance in Daily Timekeeping System SEAMS system to ensure 100% accuracy of hours entered, MetroCard distribution, unexcused / unreported, NDE uploads / scans, and other timekeeping components.
- Supervises the creation of various timekeeping reports such as the Failure to Comply (FTC) and Failure to Report (FTR) list, Mandated Rosters, and Non-Compliance Outreach List to ensure program compliance with timekeeping requirements.
- Ensures all FTR / FTCs are entered daily following established processes and appropriate deadlines and outreach is conducted for all clients within specified timeframe on the noncompliance outreach list.
- Oversees the completion of HRA assigned client re-assessment appointments within specified timeframes.
- Develops and fosters working relationships with CareerCompass management and staff, external referrals, HRA and other service providers staff to support program, policy and resource development, and client services.
- Ensures that all employment verification is obtained for any client reporting employment and has oversight of reporting client employment to HRA.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary : $65,000- $68,000
Schedule : 4 days on site, 1 day remote after successfully working 30 days
