Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Job Captain at Nadel Architects. The Job Captain will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to project coordination, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role requires strong technical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The work includes design and contract documentation for some of the most prestigious names in retail.
Qualifications
- Documented experience assembling schematic design, design development, and construction documents for retail projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- Strong technical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in retail, QSR, grocery, or fitness centers
