Responsibilities
- Maintain property information sheets
- Vendor management – contact information, certificates of insurance, contracts, etc.
- Project Coordination for capital projects, major repairs, and maintenance
- Maintain tenant improvement allowance tracker
- Lease Abstracting
- Managing preventative maintenance programs and scheduling services required
- Utility Meter audits
- Tenant Monthly Billing for utility consumption
- Tenant Billbacks & Collections on Billbacks
- Tenant/Vendor Correspondence
- Back-up to Property Admin (Phone Coverage Mainly)
- Filing AP and other office documents as needed
- Work cooperatively and effectively with leasing, lease administration, construction, accounting, marketing and other team members
- Other responsibilities as assigned from as needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of property management and leasing
- Administrative experience in real estate settings
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage property maintenance and data entry tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
