Direct Service Professional in a Varied Work Environment!

Our staff work have the ability to work in a variety of environments, depending on interest, skill set, and schedule.
Job coaching (supported employment) includes attending work with clients and providing assistance in job tasks. Our clients primarily work for our company, which also operates the Midnight Sun Golf Course and Fairbanks Snowmobile Tours here in Fairbanks. So, our job coaches also work with us at the golf course and with the snow machine tours! This work varies widely and could include customer service, groundskeeping, snow machine guiding, equipment maintenance, construction, cooking, and more!
Group home activities include assisting clients with daily chores, cooking and encouraging a healthy lifestyle.
Community engagement activities could include going to parks, running errands, volunteering, going for walks, winter outdoor activities, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License, vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certification (NFH will provide training)
