Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing accounting. Cost accounting and ability to disect ledger enteries, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation
- Perform account analysis
- Utilize knowledge of governmental accounting practices
- Record journal entries
- Apply technical accounting skills
- Maintain general ledger accounting
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have manufacturing accounting experience
- Kmowledge of Quickbooks highly desired
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
