Enhanced Outpatient Services (EOS), our esteemed home-based program, is dedicated to serving hundreds of families across Rhode Island. Utilizing an evidence-informed model, we offer crucial support to families with children facing severe behavioral and emotional challenges. Through extensive supervision and expert case formulation, we foster effective change and growth within these families.
We are thrilled to announce an immediate opening for a Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic EOS leadership team!
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide comprehensive clinical and administrative oversight to a team of 6-8 supervisees, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of assessments, treatment planning, session documentation, and discharge planning.
- Actively participate in clinical supervisions, weekly staff meetings, and leadership team gatherings, contributing valuable insights and guidance.
- Collaborate closely with team members to address client needs and program requirements, adhering to agency policies and procedures, and actively engaging in supervisor on-call duties.
- Enhance agency and program visibility by forging strong community linkages and partnerships.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Rhode Island licensure or eligibility for licensure is essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health, child welfare systems, and community resources.
- Proven organizational and supervisory skills, with a keen ability to lead and inspire a team towards excellence.
