NAFI Connecticut Inc. is a multi-service agency offering a wide range of residential, programming consultation, and personalized support to youth, families, and adults across Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island. With unique services designed for each state, we provide trauma-informed care and community-based youth programs in Connecticut, comprehensive family support and residential services for at-risk youth in New York, and targeted mental health services and crisis intervention in Rhode Island and so much more. NAFI Rhode Island is currently exploring candidates for Clinician/Therapist for our Rapid Crisis Stabilization (RCS) RCS is an intensive, family centered, in-home family stabilization program.
Responsibilities Include:
- RCS Program is designed for children ages 2-18 who are at risk for hospitalization or placement
- RCS utilizes evidence-informed and motivational interviewing interventions to stabilize behaviors and provide sustainability for families
- Treatment team spends a minimum of 6 hours per week in the home and service the entire state of Rhode Island
- The average duration of services is 6-9 months
- Clinicians participate in the development of treatment plans, on-call rotations, weekly case documentations, individual and group supervisions, along with collaboration with DCYF

- Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree in Social Work or Related Field

Salary ranges: $62,000.00 - $69,000.00 / per year (depending on the level of graduate school completed and bilingual abilities)
*$2,000.00 Bilingual Bonus
