Currently, we are seeking passionate and dedicated Bilingual Therapist fluent in (both Spanish and English Master’s degree, or enrolled in a Master’s degree program) to join our team. This pivotal role involves providing clinical services that directly impact family dynamics, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Our Bilingual Therapist play a crucial part in promoting the safety and well-being of children and families by delivering personalized clinical care within their natural environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationship with all family members
• Provide therapeutic services to families in accordance with evidenced-based models
• Conduct weekly in home sessions with the family, primarily in the family home
• Participate in implementation activities including training, supervision
• Collaborate with Stakeholders on family’s needs and services being provided
• Assess risk and safety of children and develop safety plans as needed
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and goal attainment

Qualifications: 

• Required Master’s degree, or enrolled in a Master’s degree program, in social work, counseling or a related area
• Experience working with families in a community based setting
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the state
• Knowledge of child welfare
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) required

Salary: $49,000.00-$69,000.00 year / per year
