Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 (4-10% GTR)
BEST TRAINING. BEST EXPERIENCE. BEST OUTCOMES. WyoTech is seeking a highly skilled Field Admissions Representative to join our team! The Field Admissions Representative recruits students by building relationships, attending events, and guiding applicants through the admissions process to support enrollment goals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and a self-starter.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Schedule and deliver presentations at high schools in your territory.
- Work with interested students and their families to help them apply to and attend WyoTech.
- Develop and foster relationships with key organizations in the territory, including FFA, Skills USA, and other similar student organizations.
- Attend college fairs, trade shows, and other events to promote the school.
- Act as a conduit for enrolled students with departments at the school such as financial aid, housing, education, etc.
Associated Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
- Must be a self-driven person capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Must be an authentic and passionate presenter, like working with high school staff and students.
- Results driven. We are a patient organization, but we are also a "do well" organization, not a "try hard" organization.
- Be flexible and able to manage multiple activities and priorities at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be comfortable using basic web-based programs like Prezi, Salesforce, Word, and Excel.
- Have reliable transportation and be able to travel by car regularly.
- Must want to have fun and work hard!
- High school diploma or equivalent from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- 2 years of admissions or sales work experience preferred
