This is a remote position for someone based outside of the United States
Bilingual Remote Opportunity (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese preferred)
The primary role of Quality Assurance (QA) International Coordinator is to provide administrative support for the Language Assessment & Testing service line and QA diagnostic processes. The QA International Coordinator will conduct quality evaluations of interpretation sessions to ensure high quality language access is provided. The independent contractor role is also responsible for keeping interpreter profiles up-to-date and for providing basic interpreter support.Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for the Language Assessment & Testing service line.
- Provides administrative support for Quality Assurance evaluation processes.
- Supports the Interpreter Network by resolving interpreter inquiries.
- Reviews and updates profiles of existing and incoming interpreters.
- Provides basic interpreter performance and client feedback.
- Evaluates service quality through live call evaluations.
- Collaborates with other QA Team Members on an as needed basis with departmental projects and initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese preferred) with high English proficiency
- Office administration and/or client service experience
- Interpreting and/or quality control experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 30 WPM or more
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
