POSITION PURPOSE

Whitman College seeks a Senior Director of International & Off-Campus Programs to lead global learning initiatives and support students engaging in both international and domestic off-campus programs. Reporting to the Provost and Dean of the Faculty, this campus leadership position oversees study away programs and international student services, supervises a team of four, and collaborates closely with campus partners to expand access to transformative educational experiences. The Senior Director will play a key role in developing and refining the vision for the department, ensuring that programs align with institutional priorities and best practices in global education.
