We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Business Partner to join our HR team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have 57 years of human resources experience with expertise in supporting multiple business units driving employee engagement and managing HRrelated projects. This role is crucial in fostering a collaborative work environment implementing effective HR strategies and supporting our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a strategic partner for designated Business Units (BUs) understanding their unique needs and providing tailored HR support.
- Manage and oversee employee relations ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Lead the design communication and implementation of R&R programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Support the development and execution of HR projects including performance management talent development and succession planning.
- Collaborate with BU leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to workforce planning and organizational development.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to execute companywide HR initiatives.
