Associate Staff Engineer Network FIX Engineer

Title : Support Engineer FIX

Location : Chicago IL (Onsite Hybrid) Onsite from day 1st

Duration : Long term Contract

Must have skills : UNIX Financial Platform Exchange FIX (2 years strong mandate) Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required.

Job Overview :

• Work with the trading desk to support external clients execution flow.
• Engage with the technology teams on client side to support the production business flow and work on various client onboarding projects for onboarding new clients and managing / maintaining the limits and systems interface for existing clients
• Manage all the production releases and environments for CARE DMA and Algo workflows on Global Stock exchanges and support the clients flow from FIX Onboarding and operations perspective.
• Work on the cost savings initiatives by reducing and reviewing the FIX Connections globally
• Work with external clients on certification for new products and algorithms roll out.
• Work with QA teams to test out any new features / functions developed as part of new client requirements and do the regression testing if any system updates are going to PROD.
• Work with networking teams to implement firewall changes whenever any new platform / client is on board.
