As a User acquisition manager, you will lead and manage all paid media initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of paid media campaigns, from creative ideation and audience targeting to performance optimization and reporting. This position requires a highly analytical and results-oriented individual capable of driving growth and achieving revenue targets through paid channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and more. You will play a key role in scaling our paid media efforts to meet ambitious performance goals and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS) across all campaigns.

On a Day To Day, You Will
- Oversee the entire paid media campaign process, from concept development, creative ideation, and audience targeting, to execution, launch, and proactive optimization.
- Monitor campaign spending and performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet or exceed key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Design and execute A/B tests in collaboration with internal teams, refining ad copy, creative elements, and targeting to attract the right customers and maximize revenue.
- Build and implement accurate measurement frameworks for campaign attribution and develop comprehensive reports on performance, challenges, and successes for stakeholders
- Quickly make data-informed decisions to optimize and scale campaigns, adapting strategies to align with evolving business goals and market conditions.
- Lead and optimize all paid acquisition efforts across Meta, Google, and Affiliate Marketing. Own expansion into new channels, such as Programmatic App Ads, CTV, Linear TV, and OOH.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR) and optimizing strategies to improve efficiency and ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms, proficiency in major paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and YouTube, and proficiency in managing targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
- Expertise in developing and executing paid media strategies, including audience segmentation, funnel management, and creative testing to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.
- Ability to manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving performance targets.
- Familiarity with marketing pixel and conversion tracking and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of technical setups and attribution.
- Navigate SKAN limitations through effective campaign strategies.
- Deep understanding of unit economics (CAC/LTV, payback periods, cohort analysis), SKAN limitations, and acquisition metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM)
- Proven ability to identify and implement emerging trends in digital and TV advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign execution, with a proven record of driving revenue growth through paid digital channels.
- Experience managing large-scale advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Strong familiarity with analytics tools like Looker, Mixpanel and Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
- Experience managing app advertising and app attribution is a must.
- Experience managing CTV, Linear TV, and OOH.
