Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical customer success, customer success engineer, technical account management, or related role.
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
