Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, bilingual (Spanish/English) Team Leader to spearhead our cleaning operations. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and guiding our Spanish-speaking cleaning technicians. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, foster strong team cohesion, and deliver outstanding customer service—all while upholding the high standards of Nagua Janitorial Solutions LLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Hire and onboard Spanish-speaking cleaning technicians, ensuring they fully understand and adhere to company standards.
• Training & Development:

Provide hands-on training in cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service practices; offer ongoing coaching and support.

• Scheduling:

Develop and manage work schedules, resolve attendance issues, and address any scheduling conflicts.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment; address employee concerns and champion team success.Conduct regular site inspections, gather client feedback, and implement necessary improvements.Maintain accurate records, streamline team efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies.Act as the liaison between the cleaning team and management; provide regular updates to the President & CEO.Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience:

Demonstrated leadership, training, and development experience, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficient in scheduling software and basic computer applications.Familiarity with advanced cleaning techniques, tools, and safety practices, as well as an understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.Work Environment

• Preferred Qualifications:

• A combination of office and on-site work within our service areas.
• Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to meet business needs.

• Hourly Compensation:

$17.00 per hour.
