Our ideal candidate is outgoing, a great communicator, quick learner, organized, and shows grace under pressure. A great sense of humor and interest in visual art are also strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Opening and closing the Gallery (includes cash handling)
- Developing strong knowledge of Nahcotta artists and products
- Maintaining and building client relationships to support sales and community
- Maintaining a clean, organized store environment
Qualifications:
- Great communicator
- Energetic, warm, honest, motivated
- Experience with or willingness to learn our sales platform (Lightspeed)
- Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
- Must be based in or around the NH Seacoast
- Art sales or gallery experience preferred
- Retail experience strongly preferred
- Weekend availability required!
Job Type: Part-time, year-round (preferred)
Compensation: Hourly based on experience
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
