Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Claims Examiner at NAHGA Claim Services. The Claims Examiner will be responsible for claims resolution, handling, management, insurance-related tasks, and claim investigations on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Must reside in Maine
- Claims Resolution, Claims Handling, and Claims Management skills
- Experience in Insurance and Claim Investigation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- An interest in puzzles and investigating
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Previous experience in a claims processing or related role is a plus
