- Proven, exemplary customer service abilities and background;
- Exemplary computer, typing and grammatical skills;
- Proven experience as an call center representative, preferably in the personal injury field;
- A team oriented personality driven to exceed expectations with our clients, attorneys and colleagues.
Further requirements include:
- Dependability and reliability;
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to multi-task and work in an attorney driven, team oriented environment;
- The desire to go above and beyond to ensure NST clients are provided the service they deserve;
- An outgoing personality with strong retention and listening skills.
