NAI Burns Scalo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brokerage Operations Specialist to support our team of commercial real estate brokers. This role is essential in ensuring seamless operations, marketing coordination, and administrative support for our brokerage professionals. What You’ll Do

• Work closely with our commercial real estate brokerage team to coordinate property listings, marketing initiatives, and transaction support.
• Assist in creating and customizing marketing materials such as property flyers, offerings, proposals, presentations, and brochures.
• Manage property listings on various online platforms, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
• Coordinate property photography and videography for high-quality marketing materials.
• Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and social media promotions.
• Assist in preparing property tour packages and presentations for potential clients and investors.
• Provide administrative support, including signage coordination, printing, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence related to brokerage activities.
• Maintain and update the company’s property database and CRM systems.
• Assist in planning and coordinating broker tours, open houses, and industry events.
  
  

Requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a marketing, or real estate support role. Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere), social media strategy, and website management.
• Familiarity with Costar, LoopNet, BuildOut, Lease Up, or similar real estate platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
