What You’ll Do
- Prepare and analyze property financial reports, ensuring accuracy for monthly financial review meetings.
- Maintain PPE files and complete year-end financial packets before deadlines.
- Oversee annual budget preparation and ensure correct data entry in Yardi.
- Work closely with the facilities team to align expenses with budgets.
- Record journal entries for commissions, taxes, insurance, and other key expenses.
- Manage TICAM invoicing, utility reimbursements, and investor reporting.
- Reconcile monthly bank accounts and manage fund transfers per budget requirements.
- Support software upgrades related to accounting processes.

Requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- May require travel up to 10% to sites beyond the corporate office.
- Perform sedentary work – exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.
