Commercial Real Estate Property Management

NAI Prime Commercial is seeking to add to our team of top performers. We are looking for someone to help with our growing portfolio of managed commercial real estate properties. This role can be filled by someone with extensive experience in property management, or by someone new to the business with the right set of skills and personality to fit our high energy and fun work environment. We will tailor the responsibilities of the role to match your skills and experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

Property Management: Manage the daily operations of assigned commercial properties ensuring properties are maintained and managed to high standards.

Tenant Relations: Engage with tenants to address concerns and foster positive relationships. Responsibilities may range from handling routine tenant interactions to developing and executing comprehensive tenant satisfaction strategies.

Financial Management: Oversee property budgets, operating expenses, and financial reports. Your role will be adjusted to match your expertise in budgeting and financial analysis, from managing smaller budgets to handling complex financial portfolios.

Maintenance and Repair: Manage maintenance and repair operations. Responsibilities will be tailored to your experience, from coordinating routine maintenance to overseeing large-scale projects and vendor management.

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities will be adjusted based on your familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

**Qualifications:**

• Some secondary education with classwork in business, accounting or real estate.
• Experience in some aspect of real estate preferred. Experience level will determine the scope of responsibilities assigned.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Your role will align with your proficiency in these areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets. Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.52 - $16.56 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
