Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, offering a warm and friendly environment.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails and text messages, and manage appointments promptly.
- Provide clients with information regarding services and promotions.
- Maintaining an organized front desk at all times.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and seamless service.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Maintain a professional and calm demeanor while multitasking in a fast paced environment.
- Uphold the salon’s standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Strong organizational skill and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in online booking systems and cash handling.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as need be.
- Ability to to handle occasional disgruntled or unhappy customers in a calm, professional manner and take proactive steps to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
