We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced environment within the food industry. Duties

• Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve operational excellence in food production and service.
• Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining quality control of all food items.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Coordinate catering services for events and banquets, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
• Conduct interviews and training for new hires, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Experience

• Proven leadership experience in the food industry or hospitality management is essential.
• Strong background in food production, catering, and banquet services preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Familiarity with food management practices, including inventory control and quality assurance.
• Previous experience in interviewing and training staff is highly desirable.
