Responsibilities
Project Portfolio Management
Oversee a portfolio of 10 concurrent mobile applications, ensuring smooth delivery across all stages.
Track critical metrics—cost, time, and quality—to drive each project’s Profit & Loss (P&L).
Technical Leadership & Coordination
Collaborate with engineers, designers, QA teams, and external development partners, aligning technical requirements and timeline / budget objectives.
Aide in discussions around architecture, performance, and usability.
Low-Code / No-Code Oversight
Oversee and support teams using platforms such as Bubble and FlutterFlow to accelerate development.
Evaluate feasibility, performance, and scalability throughout each project lifecycle.
Timeline & Budget Control
Formulate detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Keep projects within scope by rigorously monitoring budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
App Store & Testing Expertise
Direct end-to-end testing, including device compatibility checks for both iOS and Android.
Manage the app submission process to the iOS App Store and Google Play, including issue resolution.
Agile Process Implementation
Champion Agile / Scrum practices : conduct Planning, Standups, and Demos.
Monitor sprint goals based on risk factors and strategic pivots.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the main project management point of contact during development for client founders, and internal leadership.
Produce concise, data-driven dashboards on project progress, P&L, and key deliverables.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance
Proactively identify potential blockers, employing mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.
Enforce standards for app quality, user experience, and platform performance.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Foster an environment of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provide guidance to other project managers and new hires, enabling shared best practices across teams.
Qualifications
- Experience : 10 years in technical project management, driving multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced settings.
- Technical Know-How : Proficient in mobile app architecture, low-code / no-code platforms, and app store procedures.
- Portfolio Management : Demonstrated success overseeing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining top-notch quality and P&L targets.
- Agile Methodologies : Hands-on experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks for seamless delivery.
- Communication & Leadership : Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of motivating others and translating complex concepts for various stakeholders.
- Financial Acumen : Proven ability to manage project budgets, track P&L, and optimize resources effectively.
- Detail-Oriented & High-Energy : Known for pushing projects across the finish line while upholding impeccable quality standards.
