POSITION OVERVIEW
Nakoa Analytic Solutions is seeking a cleared Business Process Improvement Consulting Manager II to support a high-priority Intelligence Community (IC) customer mission in Bethesda, MD. This 100% ONSITE role is a hybrid of strategic project management and enterprise data management leadership, requiring a candidate who can simultaneously manage operational delivery and drive enterprise-level data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of managing cross-functional projects, improving mission-critical business processes, and influencing data governance practices across multiple IC elements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead enterprise business process reengineering efforts, driving operational improvements that align with strategic goals and mission objectives.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Support or lead the development of enterprise data governance frameworks, including metadata management, data cataloging, stewardship models, and policy documentation.
- Coordinate lifecycle data management activities to ensure secure, accessible, interoperable, and high-quality data across the enterprise.
- Oversee data quality initiatives, including assessments, cleansing, and migration readiness strategies, in alignment with enterprise standards.
- Serve as a liaison between mission partners, analysts, and technical teams to translate organizational priorities into clear data and process requirements.
- Facilitate IC-wide collaboration to promote data interoperability, governance alignment, and integration of key programs and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain key business artifacts such as SOPs, process flows, and strategic planning documents.
- Deliver high-quality briefings, dashboards, reports, and presentations to executive leadership, providing actionable insight to support decision-making.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Active TS/SCI clearance. If you do not have this clearance, DO NOT APPLY.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 10 years of experience within the Intelligence Community (IC), with a demonstrated understanding of mission structures, data environments, and interagency operations.
- 5 years of project management experience, including experience managing enterprise-level programs or business transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in the following:
- Leading or supporting enterprise-level data governance frameworks
- Lifecycle data management (metadata, stewardship, cataloging)
- Data quality enforcement, including cleansing and migration
- Driving IC-wide integration or data interoperability initiatives
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills; able to synthesize complex data and operational needs into mission-aligned strategies.
- Experience working across teams and briefing senior IC leadership.
