Job Description:
Life Guards will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers in the pool area. They will also be responsible for maintaining the pool area by providing basic cleaning of member areas. Reception duties will include checking members in and entering their names into a daily tracking sheet, as well as fielding phone calls. Additional opportunities are also available for swim coaching for qualified applicants.
Requirements:
- Life Guards and Swim Coaches will be required to have AED/CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Minimum of 25 hours per week availability (4-5 shifts)
- Strong Work Ethic
Compensation:
$14-$16 per hour
Benefits:
- An end of the year bonus for swim instructors who teach 90% or more of summer and guard through Labor Day (must work at least 2 out of 3 days of Labor Day weekend)
