Overview: 12 hour shift. 6 am to 6 pm!!!We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join our team. As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion machinery to produce high-quality plastic products. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and technical expertise in plastics extrusion. Duties: - Set up and operate extrusion machines according to specifications - Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met - Perform quality inspections on finished products - Assemble and package finished products - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Requirements: - Previous experience in plastics extrusion is preferred - Knowledge of plastics blow molding and injection molding processes is a plus - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring instruments - Familiarity with machining techniques, such as CNC and lathe operations, is beneficial - Ability to fabricate parts as needed - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages.
