Part-time Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position is essential in upholding our standards of quality and hygiene.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Manage the cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms with attention to detail.
• Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing as needed.
• Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to maintain safety standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies are low.
• Assist in housekeeping management tasks as required to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
