Nalley Consulting is seeking a full time, mid-level Executive Suite Intel Technician at Fort Meade, MD.

Clearance required: TS/SCI with CI poly; only candidates with current poly can be considered.
Required experience: At least 8 years of experience.
Desired education: Bachelor's degree; at least 12 years of experience in lieu of degree.
Description:
Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.
Produces metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions.
Provides administrative operations support to the Directorate of Intelligence to include being the primary person responsible for providing all administrative support to the AJ2-Cyber Operations (CO).
Provides administrative support in coordinating and scheduling senior level video teleconference meetings, manage all J2-lead conferences (to include Town Halls, Off Sites, etc.), securing spaces for appropriate conference rooms (to include control and de-confliction of J2 “owned” conference rooms), and the dissemination of documents for executive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
Other responsibilities:
- Works closely with the USCYBERCOM J2 Front Office Staff through daily coordination and de-confliction to ensure all administrative responsibilities are understood and carried out as directed.
- Provides office management and administrative operations support to the Director of Intelligence, USCYBERCOM J21, primarily responsible for assisting and managing all USCYBERCOM J21 taskers. To include, but not limited to, compiling, staffing, refining and submitting completed taskers.
- Provides additional administrative support to government personnel by creating and maintaining Command wide organization and staffing charts.
- Manages the ordering of supplies, coordination and facilitation of monthly J2 Orientation for new employees to USCYBERCOM J2 and scheduling meetings.
- Produces Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the government.
Activities include, but are not limited to:
- Building and maintaining databases
- Calendar coordination
- Office Suite duties, including advanced Excel
- Assisting with administration and management of RFIs
- Producing metrics
- Providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied / Partner systems.
