Job Description
As a skilled Maintenance Technician at NALS Apartment Homes, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our apartment communities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed promptly and to the highest standards.
- Completing assigned maintenance make-ready sheets to ensure apartments are thoroughly prepared for new residents.
- Maintaining pools and spas, including chemical testing and furniture cleanliness, to create a safe and enjoyable experience for our residents.
- Responding to after-hour calls and emergencies with professionalism and attention to detail.
We seek an individual with a strong background in multifamily maintenance, preferably with experience in painting and knowledge of building systems. Additionally, you should possess excellent hand-eye coordination and be able to ascend and descend ladders and stairs with ease.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience.
- Previous painting experience preferred.
- Skills relating to all building systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of the unit turn process.
- Valid drivers' license and current auto insurance.
